Whitney Napier-Pinkney was born and raised in Lancaster, Kentucky. After graduating from Garrard County High School, Whitney attended Eastern Kentucky University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. Whitney then moved to Charlotte North Carolina where she began her legal career at the Charlotte School of Law, later transfering to complete law school at the Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. Whitney practiced Family Law in Tennessee before moving back to her hometown of Lancaster. After working with the Public Defender’s office as a Defense Attorney, Whitney decided to open her own Firm in Lancaster to give back to the community that helped raise her.

Whitney is married to Freeman Pinkney and they welcomed their son, Freeman Beau Pinkney, November of 2023. Whitney enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her two bulldogs, Johnny and June, soaking up the sun by the pool, reading a good psychological thriller, and binge watching reality tv shows on rainy days.
